Yes, the trick though, is that we'll draw 6 cards before the Medic's turn and there is an epidemic card in every 12 cards.

Though that's a really good point about the Dispatcher using the pawn-to-pawn movement. If we went the Bogota route, the dispatcher could, bam, move the Scientist to her and hand over Bogota, leaving the Scientist with more actions.

I understand the appeal of Bogota, but shouldn't I stay in Atlanta this turn so that I can easily get the Johannesburg card before the Researcher leaves? And, if the Dispatcher moves to Tokyo, that both diffuses that city and sets us up to switch to collecting red depending on the first couple of draws.

Yep, yep, yep, you can't get the card from the Researcher if the Dispatcher bamfs you to Bogota. That was a bad idea.

I think the Tokyo move is good, but getting to three yellow cards is good too. Maybe it's best to remove the possibility of a double outbreak. The Dispatcher can always move the Researcher and Scientist together if needed, so getting more yellow to the Scientist shouldn't be too hard.

Yeah, I think the double-three in Asia needs to be taken care of quick. also, once we've all drawn a few cards, we'll have a better idea where I should be moving people for best effect.

(Also, why do I look like one of the boyband members from Final Fantasy 15?)

Anyway, If I hear no other suggestions, I'll head to Tokyo and treat once. last call?

Should we wait for the Dynamic Duo to weigh in since they go next? Not sure how you were dealing with the time difference previously.

Waiting, basically.

To weigh in with my thoughts: especially with my turn being right after the Dispatcher's, it's going to be very easy to pass my Yellow card(s) to the Scientist, even at a future date. If it's a choice between the Jo'burg handoff and the Bogota handoff, I suggest make Bogota happen, because that hand-off probably can't happen later on (not so easily, at least). If you go with that, I'll make the trek to Tokyo to defuse it myself. On their turn, the Scientist could burn Beijing to get to Seoul.

So that would mean on this turn the Dispatcher:
1) moves to Bogota (2 actions)
2) moves the Scientist to Bogota (1 action), and
3) "shares knowledge" with the Scientist, giving up the Bogota card (1 action)

Correct? Just trying to get a handle on how much is possible on one turn.

Yep, those would be valid orders.

I like the Bogota plan. With the Dispatcher in the game, getting together with the Researcher will be really easy.
