Meanwhile, President Roslin has made her choice. The new Crisis is:
Ambush
Cylon Attack!
I'll send out details to you all. But for the record, after adding the new ships the board looks like this:
Sector 1: 9 Raider(s)
Sector 2: 1 Heavy Raider(s)
Sector 3: Civilians D
Sector 4: 1 Basestar(s), 4 Raider(s), Civilians A
Sector 5: 3 RSV(s), Civilians B, E
Sector 6: 1 RSV(s), Civilians C, F
No Cylon activation or jump prep icon, so that ends Roslin's turn. Admiral Adama has 11 cards, and must discard one. He has left conditional orders:
Discard Green 1.
Dr Baltar, your turn is beginning. I will send you your card draw, then please post your move and action.
BSG
I don't think it's Apollo playing the bad cards. I think it's the Admiral. But if the Admiral is playing the bad cards, that means Apollo lied about the Admiral's loyalty, and there's only one possible reason the CAG lied.
Then why did the Adm blow up a mothership? And yet, the president won't willingly be tested? I wish we could just deal with all these frakking cylons in the air!! Like, I dunno, maybe defend the fleet? But no. Frakkin politicians wanna fight with each other. Could SOMEONE order me to take flight out of the aft tube, so when it's my turn, I can move to section 4 to defend the civvies?!?
BSG
holy frakkin xpost Batman. We are fucked!
Just wanted to mention I'm enjoying "watching" the game immensely.
I'm also apparently emotionally invested, because my reaction on reading BT's latest post was to say "Fuck" out loud.

Yeah, mine too, oddly enough.

Well, I think actions speak louder than words. Dr. Baltar, I see now that I was very wrong to have lobbied for you to be thrown in the brig.
I would ask that you repeat your previous action in a combat crisis, and move the civilians to a safe section, but since EVERY FRAKKING RAIDER THAT COMES IN THE GAME is now on the board, I'm not sure that's possible.
I also think you would earn the support and gratitude of our pilots and myself if you chose to brig Roslin, but that's maybe not the best use of your turn. If you have an XO and can get pilots in Vipers, or if you want to go take a shot at the basestar, go for it.
BSG
Dr. Baltar -- I know this is a stretch, but if you can XO me I can use my special one-time only CAG ability to launch all remaining Red Shirt Vipers, and at the same time, activate my special ability that anytime an RSV is launched, put myself into one of them and take an additional action. It would then be my turn and I could try and jump as many of these raiders as possible before they wipe out the civilian fleet.
The civvies in sectors 3 and 4 are goners, we have to try and save the ones in sectors 5 and 6. We need every viper available out there to do that.
Here is where you could prove your loyalty beyond doubt, Dr. Baltar. Humanity's fate could very literally be in your hands.
BSG
put myself into one of them
So there'd be one of the RSVs that isn't at -2 at least.

There are in fact 13 raiders on the board, which leaves 3 in reserves.
Concerning the raiders currently in play, should they activate, the raiders in Sector 1 would move to Sector 6. The raiders in Sector 4 would first destroy Civilian A and then move to Sector 5. (The heavy raiders would move to Sector 1, then Sector 6, then board Galalctica. The basestar would just shoot at you.)
