I have the orders for Round 1! And they are:
Connie Neil: Phase II - Develop
Laga: Phase IV ($) - Consume (Trade)
omnis: Phase I (+1/+1) - Explore (draw +1 card, keep +1 card)
chrismg: Phase III - Settle
There's a lot of playing to one's strengths there. We will have every phase from I to IV, starting with Explore. omnis chose this one, and with the bonus lookie-lou from his Separatist Colony, he looks at 5 and keeps 2. Connie and Laga both get the bog standard look at 2, keep 1 deal. chrismg gets a bump from Doomed World; he looks at 3 and keeps 1.
Everyone, when you're ready, please let me know which card(s) you keep. You can also let me know if it affects your COs for Phases II and/or III.

I have everyone's discards, and we can move on to Phase II (Develop). Laga and chrismg both pass.
Connie chose this phase. She plays Expedition Force for 0 discards (as she gets -1 cost for choosing Phase II). This gives her +1 military strength (bringing it to 2) and lets her look at 1 extra card when Exploring.
omnis plays New Military Tactics for 1 discard. It doesn't add to his permanent military, but once during the game he can discard it for +3 military (to settle an otherwise protected world).
Phase III next.

Phase III (Settle) will see some action. Connie, however, passes.
Laga plays Secluded world for 1 discard. This Blue production world can also consume 1 Blue good for 1 card.
omnis plays New Survivalists. This is identical to Secluded World, except it's a military world (1 defence).
chrismg chose this phase. He discards Doomed World to play Imperium Armaments World (which normally costs 4 discards). This Brown production world also gives +1 military strength. He then draws 1 card for choosing this phase.

Finally we have Phase IV. Laga chose this phase and opted to Trade. She has 1 Green good on her starting world, the Green windfall world Ancient Race. She trades it for 4 cards.
No one else has any goods, so that's it for this phase and Round 1! Time to choose Action cards for Round 2. Everyone, please send me your choice.

I probably won't do this each turn, but here's a running tally on some of the goals.
Connie leads on military, with 2 strength. But no one has yet reached the threshold of 6 strength.
Laga, omnis and chrismg all have 1 Blue or Brown world. The threshold is 3 such worlds.
No one has yet fulfilled the conditions for any of the First goals.
