You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

You have no more proof that I'm a cylon than you have for Roslin. If you're going to lock one of us up you better lock up both of us.

Two wrongs do not make a right. Blind accusations are ripping this fleet apart. I don't know *what* to think. Clearly there is a traitor amongst us. We must defend. But we must not loose our humanity.

I fly to the Admiral's quarters and attempt to throw Baltar in the brig. Are my three discards random?

They are not. Your terminal illness has left your body weakened, but your mind is still sharp. Much like President Bartlet in the episode when he takes both the Vicodin and the Percoset.

Which cards would you like to discard?

Note that attempting to brig someone involves a Skill Check (7 GP). We will therefore pause for interrupts (Investigative Committee or Scientific Research). Everyone except Adama, please advise whether you play an interrupt or pass.

BSG If I play an investigative committee interrupt, does that card count against the skill check?

No, any cards played for their effect do not count their point value towards anything. If you were to play it, it would only mean that everyone can see exactly what has been played and how the check is progressing.

(pssst. billytea, can you e-mail me a current state of the board, as well as what cards I have, so I can reset my board, now that I am back home? Thanks)

No interrupts from Apollo. We all know how this is going to go down, and while my jaw remains resolutely set, you can see the pain deep in my puppy eyes as I watch the very fabric of our cherished democracy ripped apart by this brutal rape of civil liberties.

Blind accusations are ripping this fleet apart. I don't know *what* to think. Clearly there is a traitor amongst us. We must defend. But we must not loose our humanity.

Lt. Valerii, pull yourself together! This isn't L.A. and the Rodney King "why can't we all just get along" business doesn't pass muster! We are military officers in a time of war and we have a duty to protect this fleet and the few civilian survivors that the President hasn't already ordered abandoned in prior crisis checks. We still have incoming hostiles and I need you to suit up and get ready to fly, pilot. Are we clear? I need you to have a level head and a steady hand out there, Boomer.

And if it makes you feel any better, under the current Administration, the brig is probably the only place that Baltar is going to be safe from a freak and tragic airlock "accident."
