Apollo decides that Louis Hoshi (Call sign: "Who?") has gone unremembered for too long! (No, seriously, who?) He plays Eulogy. Everyone gathers to hear nice words about someone, perhaps he was the leader of the Lib Dems. Morale increases by 1!
So all is well within the fleet, except for Helo shifting that RSV by himself. He's not union! There could be trouble. Apollo's crisis card is:
