I can't help at all. And I would rather not risk our lowest resource. I think we should take option 2, and next turn push the button. Just save us some fuel, go for the lowest.

bleah option 2 sucks but I can't help at all with the check.
The good news is I can activate the FTL with no risk of pop loss on my turn.
May I suggest the raiders in my sector are activated first? I sort of have a plan should they both be poor shots.
BSG(President Penultimate)
Hmmmm. OK, you've convinced me. I choose Option 2.
BSG(President Toaster-os)
And activate the Raiders is Sector 6 first.
BSG
Option 2 it is! We have a die roll. Everyone passes on interrupts:
Die roll: 2. Fail! Food and Population both fall by 1!
Now we have the raider activation, and Zarek has called for Sector 6 first. There are two raiders there, who will fire on the RSV first, then Kat's assault raptor.
Raider 1: 3. Miss.
Raider 2: 8. Viper destroyed!
But Kat plays an
Evasive Manoeuvre 2:
Raider 2a: 4. Miss.
Order doesn't matter for the rest of them, so let's just count down. Sector 5 has 1 raider and 1 RSV.
Raider 5.1: 8. Viper destroyed! The CSS Corythosaurus, Herrerasaurus and Iguanodon are all defenceless!
In Sector 4, the CSS Kentrosaurus is already defencelesss, and is destroyed! It contained:
1 Population
The remaining raiders all move closer to bagging a civilian for their very own. Gosh, there are a lot of them.
Finally, the jump track advances. The fleet may jump at a risk of 3 Population! Coincidentally, the fleet now has exactly 3 Population remaining.
That concludes Zarek's turn. He has 12 cards still in hand, and must discard one. President Zarek, when you're ready, please post your discards.

Kat, will you do the honors?
BSG ("Chief" Galen Tyrol)
Well, one way or another, the game is almost done. Just remember, don't use all the gas on the jump. Save a couple, so we can go out for pizza n beer after.
BSG (Romo)
You don't burn Fuel on the final jump, unfortunately.
I hope you all burn up and die, though.
BSG (Kat)
I'm getting out of here!
I land my Raptor and run to FTL Control where I play RI-5 to guarantee that when I Push the Button the entire fleet arrives safely.
