BSG
There are. You can discard positive-value Treachery without penalty. If you discard 0-value Treachery, you draw a mutiny card.
BSG(Admiral Zardoz)
OK, then! I will discard ABM-3 to move to the Demetrius' Bridge and I will Draw a Mission.
(I considered using Tactical Plot, then drawing on my turn, but I think we're too close to jumping for that to be a good idea)
BSG
Our first mission! And it is:
Needs of the People
Skill Check (18 YGB)
There are no interrupts on mission skill checks, so the check begins, Romo first, Chief last. Romo, please post your play. Everyone else can send me COs.
BSG
Needs of the People:
18 YGB
Destiny:
2 cards
Romo:
2 cards
Zarek:
Kat:
Chief:
Zarek is up next.
BSG ("Chief" Galen Tyrol)
CO's in. I helped a lot.
BSG (Romo)
As did I. Food isn't threatened that often, but it'd be nice to have a buffer during all those frakking SHORTAGES.
BSG
Needs of the People:
18 YGB
Destiny:
2 cards
Romo:
2 cards
Zarek:
2 cards
Kat:
Chief:
(COs received)
Kat is next.
I play 1 card.
BSG
That's everyone:
Needs of the People:
18 YGB
Destiny:
2 cards
Romo:
2 cards
Zarek:
2 cards
Kat:
1 card
Chief:
2 cards
It's mission excitement here on the Demetrius! Some crew members have been promising hefty contributions. Will seven cards be enough? Cards played:
Consolidate Power 1
Consolidate Power 1
Consolidate Power 1
Negotiation 5
Political Prowess 6
Restore Order 4
Change of Plans 5
State of Emergency 6
Test the Limits 5
Tally: 34. Pass quite a lot! Food increases to 10. That might come in handy.
It'd be a bit rough to expect you all to back up for a crisis card after that, and on turns when you attempt a Mission, there's no crisis. That therefore concludes Chief's turn. Romo's cards are going out. President Romo, when you're ready, please post your move and action.
