True, though we're safe for at least two Raider activations, and we're almost in the blue jump-wise. It's more of a gamble than a simple Morale loss, but we may be able to handle it. Unless we get another attack. Which could always happen.
BSG(Admiral Tomcat)
On the principle that RSVs can be relaunched, but Morale loss is forever, I choose Option 1.
(and don't most attack cards include RSV launches?)

Raider activations comprise 50% of Cylon activations, I think. So, you know, let's hope for some jump icons to go along with them.

That is correct. 20% basestars, 20% heavy raiders, 10% launch raiders. (Give or take, with the expansions.)
All vipers return to Galactica for sleepytimes. Romo heads to Sickbay, and Kat (being far too buzzed to sleep) returns to the Hangar Deck.
Next: basestar activation! The debris floats around in a threatening fashion (I'm currently watching Gravity, and apparently debris can be pretty damn threatening). Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Romo's turn. Zarek's cards are going out. Admiral Zarek, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Hmmm. On the one hand, we need to get Romo out of Sickbay quick. On the other, the Chief is in a position to get the RSVs back into the air. Thoughts on the best use of an XO?
BSG ("Chief" Galen Tyrol)
That's a tough one. We need the full card draw. Bud those civilians are sitting ducks. I won't know until my turn, if I can xo him. Kat only draws 1 green. Low chance she will draw an xo. I think, if you can, get him out of sickbay, and hope for the best with the crisis cards.
I'm currently watching Gravity, and apparently debris can be pretty damn threatening
Saw that in the theaters. Some great sound on that one. Pay particular attention when she can hear something, and when she hears nothing.

Chief is in Communications, not Command.
Kat will launch on her turn to protect the civvies, and the civvies will be safe till then.
I can launch some RSVs into Sector 5, or move one into Sector 4, but the ones we had in Sector 5 and Sector 6 were doing literally nothing to help the current situation anyway. It's if we get another Cylon attack on top of this one that they're good for.
