BSG (Baltar)
WOOOO HUMANS! We rock. As does Athena, maybe even more than us actual flesh and blood humans.
I'm glad the Personal Goal I could have revealed but never had a spare action to do so didn't kill us.

I was really worried about those Personal Goals, which is why I didn't suggest just tanking the last check.
That's why I bothered going through the last check. There was an Iron Will out there; if that had wound up in the check, and it had failed badly, you could have lost 2 Morale and the game. Not that I expected it to happen, you'd all have had to screw up very badly, but with Destiny not impossible.

I can't believe we pulled it off! I wasn't even sure I was on Team Human so I was having to play the middle. And with my motives 2 seemed against the Humans. Every time there was damage to the ship I was pulling for FTL control.
Then I jumped the XO early not so much becuase I could help but I needed a way to try and pull the cards I needed. It did make me feel rather Cylon-y to have helpful cards I had to sit on and not use in order to win.

Heeeey, we managed to get Pegasus all the way to Kobol!

Heeeey, we managed to get Pegasus all the way to Kobol!Right?! When was the last time that happened? I can't beleive we won with that much crap damaged. I don't think we fixed one viper. I think I only fixed two rooms.
Congrats to team Humans!! I'm surprised we made it. Very happy the Cylon Double Tap didn't pick Heavy Raider activations, to advance our boarding party from -3 to -1! That could have been the death of us.
As always, huge thank you to BillyTea for his awesome GM work, and keep the game going.

In fact, we got really lucky because the last time Romo activated Caprica, both Crisis Cards he drew had Heavy Raider activations. If they'd double-tapped, we would have had both those coming and been screwed.
As always, huge thank you to BillyTea for his awesome GM work, and keep the game going.
Eternal thanks, man. This is a bright spot in my life.

Even though I was on the losing team, it is nice to see Humans win for a change.
As always way fun. Thanks, GM!

WHOOOT!
I was only in sickbay the once, and as you'll recall, I angled to stay in there so that I could meet my personal goal, but at the time, the Centurion on the track seemed the greater threat, so I gave up on my personal goal in order to survive as a team. Because I am a team player like that. I was so sure that was going to cost us at the end. Thank goodness it didn't!
I screwed up basically allll the way through this game! I did a good job accumulating presidential powers, and then basically couldn't use any of them. I suspected Baltar (sorry, Baltar!) which meant I accidentally defended Romo (were you a Cylon already then, Romo? I bet you were.) when suspicion came up. I should have been much more assertive, because I had in my hand the ability to essentially keep someone from spiking, brig them and kill them. And I never did! I also could have sprung Zarek and/or Athena from the brig when we got to that point. So then once both Cylons were revealed, half my Quorum hand was useless.
I really liked NewPollo as a character. He was very usable, and his weakness wasn't nearly as problematic as his strength was awesome. I felt like I was pretty able to be effective in that way.
I think I just need to strike a balance between classic Liese PARANOIA! ALL THE TIME! and not talking about suspicions at all. The suspicions are half the fun!
BSG (Hot Dog)
Good game! I thought we had you on the ropes and then the tide turned. It was a toss up between advancing the centurion on board the ship and the crisis draw and I went for the draw with got 33, and then the humans got lucky and were able to jump away before an activation that would have been devastating.
Ah well, at least I keep up my reputation for turning into a toaster.
