I have everyone's play:
Crippled Raider:
10 PB(T)
Destiny:
2 cards
Zarek:
Exploit Weakness 5
Cally:
Launch Scout 1, A Better Machine 3
Baltar:
Personal Vices 3, Personal Vices 3
Romo:
Run Interference 4
Hot Dog:
Launch Reserves 5
Apollo:
All Hands on Deck 0, Bait 0, Exploit Weakness 5
Athena:
Bait 0
Running tally: 23 - 9 = 14 + Destiny.
If Destiny contributes 5 or more negative points, the check will fail! It reveals:
Scientific Research 3
A Better Machine 3
Tally: 29 - 9 = 20. Pass!
The jump track advances one space!
That's all well and good, but now we have a buttload of card effects to deal with, courtesy of the massive Treachery used to pass this thing. Let's go lowest to highest.
Bait 0:
We add another civvie to Sector 4. It now contains ships A, B and I (and a basestar and a raider).
A Better Machine 3:
Two Treachery cards get shuffled into Destiny.
Personal Vices 3:
Now things get interesting. Each human player draws a Treachery card; the current player, Athena, draws a mutiny card as well. This is her second mutiny card - Athena is sent to the Brig!
Exploit Weakness 5:
Athena must choose a human player to draw a mutiny card. Athena, when you're ready, please post your choice.
I'll pause and take care of all this before we move on. Next up: Reckless check!
BSG
Treachery and Athena's mutiny card sent out. Once I have Athena's choice for receiving another mutiny card, we can do the Recklessness.
BSG (Zarek)
Go Team Human and thank you, Destiny!
It's unfortunate that Athena ended up in Sickbay because we're going to lose a civvie, but, ugh, we're so close. Like, literally if I draw an XO, we win the game (Cally repairs FTL, I don't draw a Crisis since I'm in the Brig, Cally activates FTL, the end). If I don't...I will have to think about what to do to ensure we win the game.
BSG (Apollo)
I recommend not losing civvie B.
BSG
Athena chooses Zarek to receive the EW-5 mutiny draw. After all, he's already in the Brig, so why not? Mutiny card options have been sent to Zarek. When you're ready, please let me know which one you keep, and then which of your three mutiny cards you discard.
The last order of business from this skill check is: Reckless! We'd best check the Treachery deck. The top card is:
Bait 0
We have some action! Unfortunately, all the civilian ships are already on the board, so we can't add any more. We can however turn up the next Treachery card:
Violent Outbursts 4
Athena goes to Sickbay! Or she would, but she's already in the Brig. Ok, no action after all. Bah.
Never mind that, because we have a raider activation! Athena's brigging has left the civvies of Sector 4 exposed. One shall be destroyed! Athena takes Apollo's suggestion; it destroys
Civilian ship A.
It contains:
1 Population
The others move into position for future shenanigans. Finally the jump track advances (again). It is now into the Blue! That concludes Athena's turn. Zarek's cards are going out. Mutineer Zarek, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

BSG (Zarek)
Grr. Sadly, I did not draw an XO, so we haven't won yet. Have to think about how to ensure we do.
BSG (Zarek)
Okay, I think the best thing I can do to help is
LS-1 the Crisis Deck.
Let's hope I we get something good for what should be our Final Crisis.
BSG
Everyone passes on interrupts. Scouts away!
Die roll: 7. Pass!
Card going out now. Mr Zarek, when you're ready, please post whether to put it on the top or the bottom of the deck.
BSG (Zarek)
Keep that Crisis.
Cally, stand by to Repair. Baltar, stand by to press the button.
We're almost home.
