As the Mutineer, he can have two cards at a time, so no brigging just yet. However, you can't be plotting the overthrow of the old order when you are the old order, so he steps down as Admiral. The new Admiral is... Hmm, no military leaders left, no pilots either. We have a Cylon, a cult leader, a grease monkey and President Retiree. Let's check the succession list.

The fleet will now be led by... Admiral Grease Monkey! Congratulations, Cally. There are two nukes and they are all yours.
