First, I play my Mutiny Card to raise Food. I place the Raiders in Sector 3. (Apollo, if we get a Raider activation and no jump icon, activate these Raiders first.)
Second, I play Scout for Fuel-6 and hope someone's got a better plan than blindly sending a raptor out into space.
