I believe Romo, I think. It looks like he wanted input in the form of volunteers and when none were forthcoming made the best decision he could at the time.
It does suck that it ended up costing cards, but because Hot Dog moved to draw purple and then drew again on my XO instead of launching (which I'm fine with, btw) he only ended up down a card, right?
I'm not saying it was the right call; I don't think it was. But I do think it's possible for it to have been made innocently.

You mean Romo, yes? I have no beef with Hot Dog, at the moment.

Ok, Romo, I'm not super suspicious of you, ftr. But also not suspicious of Cally. Everyone's got that nice background radiation low level suspicion going on, AFAIC.
And maybe you should have reminded us at some point that you were still in Sickbay. Not that I could have XOd you anyway, because of turn order, but sorry you got stuck.

Well I hate to waste a turn but I'm in a good spot for an xo should something need shooting at and I don't have any good action cards so I will not move and take no action.
