I agree that the discards are definitely lower risk, and I can discard some Treachery too.
And Hoshi hasn't been particularly suspicious. Unfortunately. It would make this decision a lot easier.

Aw Hoshi... why can't you be more suspicious? The only reason I'm in favor of execution is it would be kind of exciting.

As Admiral, I serve, to protect... Not to entertain.
I'm not sure the loss of morale would be great for the fleet. I've tried to serve as your military leader, as best as I could. Thankfully, we've avoided enemies a lot so far. Which makes me afraid we will have an over abundance of attacks the second half of the game.
I know how the game works. If I plead for my life, and try and convince you I'm human, it makes you suspicious. If I don't, it makes you suspicious. So. Do what you need to do. May the Gods guide you in your decision.

hmm. Sounds suspicious.

I will once again go with the unexciting, safe choice and spare Hoshi's life. I choose Option 1 and discard VO-4, EM-1, and LS-1.
I will once again go with the unexciting, safe choice and spare Hoshi's life.
Booooo. BOOOOOOOOO.
*Ahem* By which, of course, I mean that Hoshi discards the following cards:
Declare Emergency 3
Strategic Planning 3
Repair 1
Replacement Treachery cards are going out. After that, we'll finish up Apollo's turn.
BSG
Wrapping up: Treachery cards have gone out. At this rate, we'll get through the Treachery deck twice before we have to reshuffle Politics once. Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Apollo's turn, but he now has 11 cards. He discards:
Personal Vices 3
That concludes Apollo's turn. Helo's cards are going out. Helo, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Thank you for that vote of confidence. I hope to not dissappoint you.
