Hm, OPG is looking better and better. Cottle, what do you say? This check is kind of awful, as no matter what, we lose resources, and we may waste cards on it. If you can pass the check all on your own, it might be worth it to save my OPG for later, though.

Possibly so, but you can only use it on a check where you are making a choice. This check is Cottle's choice.

Ok, the order of things has been a little mixed up, but: with the news that there is an IC out there, Cottle chooses Option 1. Apollo plays an IC-4; Cottle adds in an SR-4. Blue is now positive for this check. For that reason, I'm going to ignore COs I'd already received, as this may change people's play. Everyone else passes on interrupts.
