Ok, I have everyone's play. Note that Baltar has a revised play:
Religious Turmoil:
7 YP
Destiny:
Scout for Fuel 6, Scientific Research 3
Cottle:
Critical Situation 5
Leoben:
0 cards
Baltar:
Popular Influence 4
Hoshi:
Repair 1
Apollo:
Strategic Planning 3
Helo:
Launch Scout 1, Strategic Planning 3
Tally: 22 - 4 = 18. Pass!
Destiny loves you! Except for the bit where it took your Scout for Fuel so you can't actually use it. In any case, the check passes for a whopping no effect.
Fortunately, the raiders are ready and able to provide some excitement. The raiders in Sector 4 join Helo in Sector 5. One of the raiders in Sector 1 makes a move too, while the other one stays behind to destroy civvie C. Let's check out the damage:
2 Population
This is just what's wrong with high-density living. Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Helo's turn. Cottle's cards are going out. Doc Cottle, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Godsdammit, I use an IC and we
still
overplay the frak out of—
...Um, did Hoshi just spike openly? And...poorly? I can't think of a good reason to play that card if you're human unless there's some Personal Goal where you have to spike a check. Explain yourself, sir, or I'm assuming you're metal. Very glad I gave Cottle the responsibility to choose our next Destination now.

...Um, did Hoshi just spike openly? And...poorly?
Wait, no, sorry. That's my mistake. He played an LS-1 into the check, which means a tally of 20. Sorry about that.
BSG (Apollo)
Ha ha ha ha. That makes things make so much more sense.
BSG (Adm. Louis Hoshi)
Um, Yeah. That was a PURPLE 1. not a Blue 1.
BSG (Apollo)
Was it? Was it really? *eyes suspiciously*
BSG (Adm. Louis Hoshi)
Puh-LEASE. If I was a Cylon, would I spike it with a 1?? That's a bit pathetic. Especially open and all.
Let me assure you, I am Human. If I was Cylon, I'd be more likely to play none, or over play to waste cards in the open check. Mine put us at 10 plus destiny. Perfectly reasonable.
BSG (Apollo)
That's just what a Cylon would say.
BSG (Adm. Louis Hoshi)
Spoken like a true Cylon, trying to accuse the innocent. hahahah. Love this game!
