Instead of resolving the check's pass effect ("No effect"), everyone gets to draw two cards! They must come from your normal skill set. Everyone, please let me know which colour(s) you would like to draw.
But the excitement doesn't stop there. The check passed comfortably, but that one negative card was a Treachery card, and that means wacky fun! Specifically, the current player chooses one human player to draw a mutiny card. Baltarnate, please post who is the lucky recipient.

He can. Both stopping infiltrating and infiltrating cost an action, so it would take him two actions (and two turn cycles, unless someone XOs him to do so). If he holds a mutiny card when he stops infiltrating, he discards it.
Finally, if Leoben is in the Brig when he stops infiltrating, he must discard down to 3 skill cards. If he's out of the Brig, he has no such restriction.
Edit: last thing to note. If Leoben stops infiltrating and moves to the Resurrection Ship, he does not draw a super crisis card. He may however activate the Resurrection Ship on his next turn to draw one.
