You need to reach 8 Distance (which also triggers the Crossroads phase) and then make one more jump. You're at 6 Distance now, so there's a good chance next jump will land you at the Ionian Nebula (you all might like to check your trauma).

Lacking the means to get Cally out of Sickbay, I will bow the evident will of the people. First, I discard CP-1 to Move to Communications. Then I pause and ask my constituency if they think I should strategically plan how to launch a nuke or just lob one out there and hope for the best.
