Tough call. We should probably make use of XOs whenever possible, but what we most need are more Morale and more Fuel and repairs, and those are pretty much all on you. Unless Starbuck has more up her sleeve than I think.
IDK. I could get you both more cards and fish for XOs (which is the only way I can get them). Starbuck, could you do something good with an XO, or have plans for your turn which may be relevant?

A lot of these cards would be very useful in the right situation. Unfortunately we are not in the right situation for any of them to be useful right now. That means the rest of the quorum deck must be gold, right? Right?!?
