In the midst of the battle for survival, Roslin has a vital Presidential announcement to make! She's fallen and she can't get up. Could a raptor pilot maybe pop over to Colonial One and give her a hand? Roslin's crisis card is:
Rescue Mission (A)
Admiral's Choice
Admiral Adama, when you're ready, please post your choice.
BSG (Adama)
This is a tough one. Apparently I have chosen our worst pilot to help the President to her feet and he's taken one of our three remaining raptors through, what? I dunno maybe an asteroid field? Should I call him back, keep fuel from going into the red, and let the President crawl to sickbay?.. it's one way to get one of us back to Galactica but I feel the President is most effective on her own ship.
I welcome the input of the fleet.
BSG (Roslin)
I am not the one who should be running around Galactica, it's true. I'm hoping to stay here and ask the Quorum for authorization to use some brutal frakking force. I was going to take the Fuel hit until I realized it was actually your choice.
BSG (Starbuck)
Don't care for either option. I'd say #2.
BSG (Roslin)
Me too, obviously. That way we wouldn't have to waste an XO getting me out of Sickbay and could use it for the space battle.
BSG (Adama)
So say we all Option 2
BSG
Fuel falls by 1 as a raptor is repurposed into a President-lifting device! Next, the basestar fires:
Die roll: 8. Hit! By CO, Roslin assigns the damage to Pegasus:
Main Batteries damaged! Adama lands in Sickbay. See, if you'd sent Roslin to Sickbay too, you could've had company.
Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Roslin's turn. Cottle's cards are going out. Doc Cottle, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Well, that's one way to make it back to Galactica without burning a card. Not saying it's the BEST way. But. eh.
