Not sure it's time for me to use my OPG either assuming I can use it on someone else's turn- can I?

You can indeed use your OPG on someone else's turn, though you'd need to have received an XO or have them play State of Emergency or such like, to allow you to take an action.

The people have spoken! As has Starbuck, who left me COs: Play Maximum Firepower 5. This is what we in the personal therapy business call "opening up".

Fire 1: 8. Hit!
Fire 2: 5. Hit!
Fire 3: 5. Hit!

That clears out all the raiders. Starbuck left orders in this case to shoot at the basestar.

Fire 4: 6. Miss.

Now I will send out the details of the crisis card, Cylon Swarm. Starbuck, it's been sugggested that you might want to use your OPG on this. I will therefore wait to hear from you before proceeding.
