It seems likely Laga won't be checking in for a while now, but when she does, she can choose from any of the remaining characters (Tigh, Helo, Baltar, Zarek, Apollo, Starbuck, Chief). I thought about taking Roslin, but the only game I've played where she's been a character, she didn't do anything due to the cancer. I'm interested to see how Sean plays her.
