OK, that's a majority. And I run my Presidency on Majority Rules! Sure, sometimes, it's only 50.1%, and the other 49.9% get depressed. And I guess that's why our morale dropped 1. For that, I am sorry. But hey, look at all those cards we saved! And think of the sleep I saved you, so you aren't looking at the cards played, trying to guess who spiked it. See.
