Well, if the sister sent a message from the phone she must have some kind of access, I guess? You could send a game mail to the player's account, and an email to the phone, asking for confirmation.
I get how it feels like you should be doing something right now, but you're not really in a position to do anything besides try to get confirmation and keep the rest of the guild from panicking.

I sent a site mail to her account telling her we care and to please let us know how she is, and I'm parked in the game watching as people log in so I'll see her if she does.
a year ago they made me 'morale officer' and jokingly refer to me as the 'cruise director' but I never thought I'd have to deal with something like this.

We got in touch with the gamer. It seems she is in the hospital but? I don't know. there is weirdness. I hate to think someone would lie about attempting suicide and being hospitalized but.. she won't give us hospital info and it just feels sketchy.
