With the blessing of Cally, I go with Option 1 and pick Cally to send to the Brig.
May the Gods forgive me.
Let's see what we can do to spring her, if she doesn't get a Get Out Of Jail Free card from her cellmate.

Cally is brigged! Morale falls by 1 at the news.
The basestars have been waiting very patiently while you get that all sorted out, but they'd really like to shoot at you now, if that's ok.
Basestar 1: 3. Miss.
Basestar 2: 6. Hit!
Cally, as current player, this is your choice: did the basestar hit Galactica or Pegasus?
Edit: I have word from Cally, it hits Pegasus. And as always seems to be the way with these things, it hits... Main Batteries. Chief Tyrol lands in Sickbay!
Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Cally's turn. Helo's cards are going out, not that he can do much with them.

Heh. I just noticed that at the moment, every NPC currently has company - Gaeta is with Hot Dog, Cally with Romo and the Chief with Doc Cottle.

Helo's cards have gone out. However, since he's currently stranded, he does not get a move or action. We can move straight to his crisis card, and here's a cracking idea: as long as the Admiral's otherwise engaged, why not send a few more Cylons your way? Helo's crisis card is:
Ambush
Cylon Attack

Frak everything.

OH. My. GODS!
Maybe we should use a nuke and clear out sector 3. Civvie F might get hurt, but I think it's safe to say, one activation, and he's toast anyway. Sector 4 is gonna be messy. We need some RSV in there!!
BSG
First up, the two basestars fire again.
Basestar 1: 6. Hit!
Basestar 2: 3. Miss.
That's one hit. Helo, you're the current player; which ship did it hit?
BSG(Chief Winged)
Oh for frak's sake. And that was our best location for HEY WAIT. If someone XO's me out of here, I can get back over there and repair it, since we all just got another round of Treachery!
Particularly since we can't use nukes until the Admiral gets back at the start of his next turn.(Is that right, bt?)
BSG (President)
We can't forget about Cally in the pokey. We will need her cards for skill checks. With this much crap in the air around us, Oy, this is a rough time for us.
