Cally ends her move in the Research Lab, where she encounters the mysterious figure of
Brother Cavil.
You've caught him in a good mood; he is an
Unconventional Counsellor.
Cally now discards one trauma of her choice (by CO), and one random trauma; they are both
Antagonistic.
As Cavil wanders off, muttering "If you pick them up the ears, it doesn't hurt 'em as much",
Dr Sherman Cottle
is sighted in Sickbay. Cally's last remaining trauma token will go to determine his mood.
With all that taken care of, Starbuck, you have received an XO (an Executive Order 2, to be precise). You may either move and take an action, or not move and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders.
BSG
I have orders from Starbuck to
fire on the raider in Sector 4.
Fire 1: 2. Miss.
Fire 2: 5. Hit!
Now, wait up here. I don't recall the Cylons ever agreeing that you should be shooting down
their
ships. That changes everything! Maybe it's time for some:
Truth and Reconciliation
President's Choice
President Baltar, when you're ready, please post your choice.
BSG (Helo)
ugh not good choices but I think we have to take the discards.

I agree, horrible choices. But when is it ever good choices?
Cally? How do you feel about cards leaving your hand? If not that option, then I'd suggest sending you to brig, since you would have the longest to get out before your turn again, so as to not penalize card draw. What do you think?
BSG (Helo)
We don't know about Lampkin, right? so there's a 50/50 chance she might get sprung right away and if not she'll just lose all 2 of her cards. Maybe that's not a bad gamble? 2 cards vs 5 cards?.. Oh but then there's all the cards it will take to get her sprung. unless the president has a get out of jail free card.
BSG
This being Cally's turn, she just got her card draw. She currently has six cards in hand, not two.
BSG (Gaeta)
Yeah, betting on Lampkin is risky but also kind of fun. Or terrible, if he hates us.
I'm not sure we should test him on purpose. As long as he's in there, if we're
forced
to throw someone in the Brig, there's a chance he'll get them out for free. Of course, that's also true if we throw a Cylon in there.
Allies totally change things.

Ugg, hadn't thought of that! Golly, now I'm leaning towards the brig option, just so we don't have a Cylon be able to debrig for free!
Cally, would love your input on this. A good leader listens. And I want to be the BEST President possible. No iron fist here.
Allies totally change things.
Right!?!
BSG (Helo)
ohh that is true. I think I'd rather test it now before we really need the brig. On the other hand I'd rather test it on someone who has fewer cards to lose. man am I indecisive.
