Three times. Or four times even, because you're right, you escorted the civvie in Sector 6 already.

It will take three activations to escort civvie B off - launch, move to S4, escort - and as it happens, Adama has three activations remaining. Admiral Adama, do you wish to do this? (And if so, with a Mk II or a Mk VII?)
