They really should have. But it helped me out immensely that they jumped, so, much obliged humans!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

The Cylon leader Leoben is also rubbing his hands together and twirling his moustache. (What do you mean he doesn't have enough hands for that? He has minions to twirl his moustache for him!) His hidden agenda was:

The Illusion of Hope

I'm not convinced there was much hope of even an illusory nature, at least from the time that Apollo revealed and took Galactica to one damage token away from destruction. Nonetheless. This agenda is fulfilled if the Cylons win (check), and if the fleet has reached at least 6 Distance. Which the humans obligingly fulfilled on the penultimate turn, instead of trying to shoot Tobias. I should change the banner, shouldn't I? Let's change the banner.

Cylons and Leoben win!

Whohoo!

I am sad I didn't achieve my self-imposed goals of a) winning before Sleeper phase and, when that failed b) blowing up All The Ships.

But hey, go Tobias!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG (Cally)

Ha, wow, nice job, Leoben.

You should have gone after Tobias instead of going for the jump.

We would have taken him out, too, with that roll + SP.

With Bomb on Colonial One, blowing up All The Ships was a real possibility. In the end, both Colonial One and Galactica were saved largely by the fact that this human crew was unusually strong in Engineering. In fact, four of the six players drew Engineering in their standard draw.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I said Tobias was an issue. But i was ordered to jump. And I knew there was something crafty about Loeben telling me to jump too. Eh. Oh well. I'm amazed we lasted that long! We've been on the verge of death since well before sleeper!

All in all, fun times.

Thank you BT for being the awesome GM that you are! And to my fellow players for a great game.

I was almost tempted to go ahead with Killing All Humans before Sleeper just because that would have been pretty awesome, even though it would have meant I lost. But it also meant the game would have been over, and this was a really fun one, so that clinched soldiering on for me.

And on at least one occasion (when you fixed FTL Control for them), soldering on.

Yeah, I really think your turnaround was a saving grace for the human side there.

You're right, though, this was a super fun game. Lots of exciting bits.
