4. One with disabled weapons
Basically, if that nuke doesn't disable weapons, fire on the same basestar again. That is the damage we need, and it's better to get it on one than neither.

Mutual destruction! Well, that was an unexpected turn of events. Probably just as well Cain's not on board, she'd likely take you up on that.
2. Both with disabled weapons
There is only one Disabled Weapons damage token, so this option is not possible. Not happening, either, as the SP on the nuke guarantees the basestar's destruction:
Nuke 1: 4 + 2 = 6. Basestar destroyed!
With Adama's second action, he plays State of Emergency 6! Food falls by 1; everyone may now either move or take an action, starting with Adama. His orders are: launch the second nuke at the basestar in Sector 3. Everyone passes on interrupts:

No Disabled Weapons, sorry. ...Of course, that destroys the basestar anyway, so maybe you're ok with that.
