The good news is, the raider activation just got a LOT less severe! Woot! Not bad for a radio jockey, if I do say so myself!
As to the crisis at hand. That's an awful lot of cards to play. What say everyone? Go for the check, or cry uncle?

we've traveled 3 distance at the cost of 3 fuel and gained 1 population. As I value your input I'll pause for discussion before sacrificing 1 morale to gain back 1 fuel. Basically I can put some of you to work salvaging fuel from these ships we just rescued.
