Action 1: Activate Hangar Deck; commandeer the Mk VII in Sector 5, launch in Sector 5.
Bonus Hangar Deck Action: Play Full Throttle 2 to move to Sector 4 and fire at a raider.
Die roll: 1. Miss.
Action 2: Play Maximum Firepower 3 to shoot at raiders.
Fire 1: 3. Hit!
Fire 2: 6. Hit!
Fire 3: 1. Miss.
Fire 4: 4. Hit!
Three raiders go kablooey. Pretty sure there were three explosions there. So why is there an extra ship on DRADIS? Perhaps civvie B wasn't destroyed after all; you may know it better as

So, a real message of hope there from the former CAG. For those who are interested, there are four destinations (out of 33, excluding Misjump) that will not end the game immediately. There are three 1-Distance destinations that cost 0 Fuel; and there is the 2-Distance Cylon Refinery, which would leave the fate of the crew to a die roll.
Under normal circumstances, there are also four Tylium Planets (of which you've seen one already), that could also raise Fuel on a die roll. However, you need to risk a raptor in order to take the die roll, and you are now out of raptors.
