Oof. Option 2 isn't great. Most of us have gotten rid of the Treachery from the last draw, though, so maybe Option 1 isn't too bad? It would be bad if we hit a really bad ship.

Ok then, one civilian ship is destroyed, for a loss of 1 Population. Each (human) player now must discard one card and then all players draw 1 Treachery. Everyone, please post or send me your choice of discard.
