Citizens of the fleet, we have arrived at New Caprica. The bad news is, we have barely enough Fuel to jump away. The good news is, a Civilian Convoy seems to have gotten here before us. The remnant of the human race is now slightly less remnant-y.

My instinct is to tank the Skill Check. We can afford a Food drop at this point, and I think sending a human to Detention would bite us in the plot real hard. Unless someone can Iron Will the check.....?
