The fix is in! Pegasus is restored to its formerly pristine state. Unfortunately, it seems that in doing so, Gaeta has offended the apocalyptic cult (led by former Admiral Cain, why not?) that had taken control of the CIC, and they're holding him hostage! Can the crew rescue him? Gaeta's crisis is:
