Now we get into the fun stuff, as the raiders activate. As current player, Admiral Adama has two choices to make.
1. The order in which the raiders are activated could make a difference. If the raiders in Sector 4 destroy civilian ship C before the raiders in Sector 2 are activated, those raiders will move to Sector 1. Otherwise, they're off to Sector 3. Admiral, would you like to activate Sector 4 before or after Sector 2?
2. The Constant Barrage due to Dogfight means that four raiders are supposed to launch, two from each basestar. However, there are only three left in reserve, so one raider will go unplaced. Admiral, would you like to remove a raider from Sector 1 or Sector 2?

Orders from Adama: we will activate Sector 2 first, and Sector 1 will be shortchanged by one raider.
The raiders shuffle towards the civvies from both directions. However, in Sector 4 they're not having it all their own way, as Apollo stands between them and the Chupacabra. They attack!

My Fellow Space Travelers. I can XO someone! I'm thinking either Kat, to move those civvies C & F out of harms way. Or Felix to spin up the FTL. We would be jumping early, so there is a population risk. What do we think? I think Kat is the best option.
