Given that we keep losing cards for no good reason, I will take my chances with Option 2. Anyone got a plan to keep the Centurions out?
BSG
Apollo has that plan, and plays a Strategic Planning 4.
Die roll: 5 + 2 = 7. Pass! Galactica goes unboarded. Let's see if the same can be said for Kat, as she comes under fire from nine raiders:
Raider 1: 8. Viper destroyed!
But Kat plays an Evasive Manoeuvre 1:
Raider 1a: 7 - 2 = 5. Hit!
Kat plays another Evasive Manoeuvre 1:
Raider 1b: 2 - 2 = 0. Miss.
Raider 2: 1. Miss.
Raider 3: 4. Miss.
Raider 4: 2. Miss.
Raider 5: 4. Miss.
Raider 6: 6. Hit!
No more EMs are forthcoming; Kat lands in Sickbay. She's held off six raiders single-handed, but the last three slip through to Sector 4.
Next, thanks to the Constant Barrage in effect, both basestars launch two raiders. That concludes Kat's turn. Adama's cards are going out. Admiral Adama, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Ugh. So I can get Kat out of Sickbay, she can launch to Sector 5 and move to 4, but not attack, right? If I XO Apollo, he can attack, how many times?

1. Correct about Kat.
2. An XO gives him two actions if he doesn't move, which means two attacks. If he has a Max Firepower, he can get four attacks on one of his actions for five total. (If he has two of them, he could peel off eight attacks, if there are still raiders left in S4 for his attention.) If he wants, he could also use his OPG on one action for six RSV activations, allowing up to five shots.

Wow! That Kat is kicking ass out there. Doc, let's patch her up quick, we need her in the air.
that last post was xposty action... not saying ignore possible Apollo actions.
BSG (Katastrophe)
So those bros sure came at me.
Given that we seem to be out of EMs, I would like to note that, in all likelihood, we will lose those three civvies in Sector 4 in two Raider activations. I actually think using Comms to move a couple to Sector 5 would be a better tactic, as that may protect them for longer, if Apollo can hold a few Raiders off. (Oh, and if you choose that option, maybe XO me to do it so I'm out of Sickbay anyway.)
BSG (Pressident)
I like that idea.
