Ladies and Gentlemen of the fleet. It appears we have had some of our water storage tanks tampered with. As a result, some of our precious fluids have been vented into space. Until we can replenish supplies, I'm afraid we will have to ration water. I'm afraid we will have to put a halt on showers. I know, it pains us all. But we must save the water for drinking. Without it, we will all die. The Admiral has assured me, he will find a planet with water, so once the tanks are repaired, they will refill them. In the meantime, if you know who sabatoged the tanks, please inform the authorities.
