In the interests of keeping things moving, I have some orders from Roslin, which are:
Play Assign Arbitrator.
She hasn't chosen whom to assign, but I doubt it matters much. It can't be Baltar or Six. While she decides which player will receive this arbitrary honour, she receives two Yellow cards, and we will see whether the Cylons take umbrage at her actions.

The President is detained!
Unlike the Brig, being in detention doesn't stop you drawing a crisis card, so Roslin's Religious Visions (along with her Yellow draw) are on their way. President Roslin, when you're ready, please post your choice.
She is stuck in traffic, on the way down to my university, it will be a bit.

He was just last game, iirc. Maybe before, my memory doesn't go back very far.
I basically always think he's a Cylon.

Aside from this game (it's not my place to speculate whether he is or isn't a Cylon while the game's still on), he's been human four times, and a Cylon four times. As a Cylon he's won three times; as a human he's won once. (About par for the course.)
Aside from this game, P-C has been a Cylon three times and a human three times, so the same rate as ND. (He's won every Cylon game and one human game.)
