Tally: 24 - 3 = 21. Pass! Cally has now been given free rein to brig anyone she decides is in need of a brigging. But when you have the option of shooting them in the face (IN THE FACE!), locking them up just doesn't have that same adrenaline rush. Plus, then she wouldn't be able to shoot them in the face. Cally opts not to send anyone to the Brig.
The jump track also advances, which is nice. Finally, Tigh is down to one card, so he celebrates his release by drinking it. Tigh discards Consolidate Power 1.
