Cally can use her Quick Fix to remove one card. If she were to remove the PP-5, then the check would fail by 1. ...I have COs from her, and she removes the DE-4.

She can do this on any skill check in her turn, as many times as there are skill checks on her turn. It's your choice whether you want to be suspicious of her actions; she basically doubled the pass margin from 4 to 8. Because she can.
Tigh plays the Resignation Quorum card. Discards are open, so we can see that Tigh discarded Enact Production Quotas.
A new Quorum Card, along with the Presidency, is on its way to Roslin. In the meantime, was it such a good idea to release Tigh? I mean, he must have done something, right? Cally's crisis card is:

I was a little confused about the math there, but I think I figured out what happened, and I think I trust you because of it, which confuses me now because I can't figure out if we have a second Cylon or not.
