If Six decides to XO you, stay where you are and activate Command twice to launch 4 RSVs into Sector 5. This will ensure that at most one civvie will be harmed in the next Raider activation and hopefully give us time to auto-jump. Unfortunately, it's not a good idea to use the RSVs to shoot at the Raiders since they're getting -2 on attacks now.
Another option is to XO Starbuck out of Sickbay to shoot at a Raider, but I think she's out of Piloting cards, so the Raider activation is likely to just send her back to Sickbay and destroy more civvies.
