BSG (Dee)
Hm, it seems that Comms would involve moving the civvies toward the Raiders, even though they'd be protected. Still, the RSVs are there to stop the Raiders from advancing.
BSG (Starbuck the Bold)
Well, the question is moot as I didn't draw an XO. I'm clarifying exactly how awesome a pilot I can be right now, once the gods get back to me I'll demonstrate my mad skills.
BSG (Tigh)
Woo look at all those resources!
BSG (Starbuck, with a cigar, in the Hangar Deck)
OK, let's start with a bang! Since I am already in the Hangar Deck I'll use this
CS-4
to
launch in Sector 6
instead moving. For my bonus action I'll use this
FT-2
to
move to Sector 1 and fire on a raider.
For my action, I'll use this handy
MF-3
to
continue firing on the raiders until they are all gone
or I run out of shots whichever comes first.
Pass on interrupts on these shots on raiders.
BSG
This sequence of cards allows Starbuck five shots at the raiders! Ldet's see if she deserves her reputation:
Die roll 1: 4. Hit!
Die roll 2: 6. Hit!
Die roll 3: 1. Miss.
Die roll 4: 8. Hit!
All the raiders have been destroyed! Starbuck has one shot remaining, and one target - the basestar. Starbuck, do you wish to fire upon the mother ship?
BSG
Yes I do! And I'll throw down this
SP-4
to help it along because I am just that reckless and awesome. Yippee-ki-yay, mothership.
BSG (Dee-lited)
If you actually hit the basestar, this will be the greatest first turn ever.
BSG
Starbuck makes her lone assault against the basestar:
Die roll: 8 + 2 = 10. Hit!
Let's check the damage:
Critical Hit!
One more hit will destroy the basestar.
Now that's the way you start the game. The crowd demands, why isn't Starbuck in charge of the fleet? Clearly there's something suss about the current leadership. Starbuck's crisis is:
Cylon Screenings
Current Player's Choice
Starbuck, when you've finished buzzing the CIC, please post your choice.
BSG (STARbuck)
Wheeeee! I don't want to make decisions about cylon screenings I want to keep shooting cylons out of the sky!
OK, fine, can't solve every problem with a viper. My gut says we don't want to lose all those cards right now. I wouldn't mind a little knowledge about our leaders loyalty, maybe we should tank the check? What say you, Galacticans?
