You played the JR-1 on a previous check. You don't have it anymore.

Take a guess who it's from.
Is it our very own Polter-Cow?

Is it our very own Polter-Cow?
Correct! It was the all-caps that gave it away, wasn't it?
Meanwhile, everyone passes on interrupts, so we can begin the check. Starbuck is up first. There's an IC in effect, so everyone, play your cards face up.

Running tally: 10 - 6 = 4 + Destiny. Cain is last to play.
BSG (Roslineluctable)
Oof. That GI may have been better to play as an interrupt, although the Cylons may have spiked it. I hope Cain has something good to play or Destiny is really kind because it's really not looking good so far.
BSG (Cain)
I play AAC-3, LS-2, and SP-3.

Cain goes hard, lifting the tally to: 18 - 6 = 12 + Destiny. If Destiny reduces the tally by 3 or more, Cain is headed to Detention! Do the fates smile on her? Destiny reveals:
Major Victory 1
God's Plan 2
Tally: 19 - 8 = 11. Pass! Cain remains free. There is, however, no let-up in the action. First, there is an Occupation Force activation, which means Beyonce has reached the Shipyard! But the other big news: with the jump icon on this crisis card, Galactica has returned! It is not alone - two bsaestars have jumped in with it. We should place four vipers too, but there are only two undamaged ones available. Admiral Cain, you may split them however you see fit between Sectors 5 and 6. For the moment, I'll show them both in Sector 5. Let me know if you'd like to change that.
Prepared civilian ships may now be evacuated. The Admiral may, at any time she has an available action, declare that the fleet jumps away to end the game. All civvies remaining on New Caprica will be destroyed; any human characters left behind will be executed. If all dials remain positive after that, the humans win!
That concludes Cain's turn. Starbuck has opted to draw Red and Brown. We'll start her turn shortly.
