Ooh I really want to pass this but I don't draw those colors.
I have a couple ways to help but they are both reckless. Thoughts?

BSG (President Jailbird)
Do it! Most Reckless spikes involve Cylon ships and stuff, which won't do anything down here. The worst they can do is make us draw some Treachery.
Scientific Research would not go amiss. Starbuck just drew Blue.
Problem is, if Cain can't help a LOT, we'll actually need help from Destiny to overcome Starbuck and Dee. I've only got one card to play.
BSG (Boomer)
Well I think If I wiggle this bit over here I might be able to help you squeeze out between the bars, Prez.
I play Jury Rigged-1 to reduce the check by 4.
BSG (President Jailbird)
OH I LIKE THAT ONE A LOT. WELL DONE BOOMER.
If I get out, go ahead and move me back to OA.
BSG
Everyone else passes on interrupts.
Second Thoughts:

BSG
Orders from Dee: she plays 1 card. Cain is up next.
BSG
Administrative note: Destiny's play into this check reduced it to 6 cards. I've refilled and reshuffled it.
I have orders for everyone.

By Your Command 1
Tally: 13 - 2 = 11. Pass! Roslin has been busted out of stir. Per CO, Boomer moves her to the Occupation Authority. However, that's not the end of it. THis check was Reckless, which means the By Your Commands take effect. No raiders or heavy raiders to activate; but we can activate Occupation Forces, no problem. This is a special occasion, getting an OF through a BYC, let's make it something classy. Sebastian appears at the OA. He doesn't stay there though, as the crisis card held both an OF activation and a jump icon. Sebastian heads to Breeders Canyon; the jump track moves one away from Galactica's return.
That almost concludes Boomer's turn. Two pieces of business remain. First, Boomer, you still have 12 cards in hand, and must discard two cards. When you're ready, please post your choice of discard. Second, your Recon is going out. When you're ready, please post whether to put it on the top or the bottom of the deck.
Moving on. President Roslin, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

BSG (Free Roslin!)
Frak, Destiny was positive and we didn't need to Jury Rig that check after all.
I was really hoping to XO Cain to prep some civvies, but alas. Instead I will move to Breeders Canyon and punch Starbuck in the face. And also kick Sebastian in the nuts.
BSG
Interesting strategy, opening on Starbuck. Everyone passes on interrupts:
Die roll: 7. Hit! Sebastian, psyched up to counter a face-punch, is taken completely by surprise by Roslin's low blow!
We'll pause now for the results of Boomer's Recon before sending out Roslin's Religious Visions.
