With three cards in there that have a skill check effect, the consequence is well and truly triggered. I have COs from Starbuck to damage each ship once. That means a total of two civvies destroyed, 1 Galactica damage and 1 Pegasus damage. Let's count it up.

Well, looks like Destiny would have triggered the Consequence anyway, but...holy frak, that was not a nice Crisis. And, really, REALLY? Only ONE hit to Pegasus, and it was the Airlock??
