Hmm not sure how much we need to pass this by. I play CP-2 CP-2
BSG (Tory)
And I play PP-3.
With our luck, we overplayed, but -2 Morale AND a Raider is worth a little hedging our bets.
BSG
Clarification on Cally's play, she has played one CP-2. I have COs from Tory; the final play, now with added Destiny, is:
Destiny:
Consolidate Power 1, Executive Order 1
Dee:
At Any Cost 5
Cain:
Declare Emergency 5
Starbuck:
Executive Order 1
Cally:
Consolidate Power 2
Tory:
Preventative Policy 3
Tally: 18 - 0 = 18. Looks like Destiny has a soft spot for toddlers too. Check passes for no effect.
Meanwhile, both raiders and jump track continue their inexorable advance. That concludes Tory's turn. Dee's cards are going out. Dee, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Hooray Morale!
Let's see, Starbuck's in the brig so we wouldn't be able to get her in the air this turn, and I can't XO Cain (nothing personal, ma'am, it's just protocol), I think my best bet is to get those civvies to safety. Relative safety. Am I missing something?
BSG (Your Faithful President)
Let's see, Starbuck's in the brig so we wouldn't be able to get her in the air this turn
Incorrect. If you XO her, she can activate the brig with her first action. If we can spring her, she can move to Hangar Deck. With her second action, she can launch into Sector 5 and move to Sector 4 to cover the civvies.
If we can spring her.
Comms is also good.
BSG
Oh, thanks. Hm. I thought I knew what to do when I had wrong information, now I am conflicted.
BSG (Starbuck)
Yup, you're the only one who can spring me before my turn. Cain can't do it for the same protocol reasons. Then if I start my turn in the skies, I get an extra action. I swear I'll make the sound effects this time!
And uh, sorry about that whole thing where I was conflicted about your husband. He's all corpsified and stuff now, so, bygones?
BSG (Dee AKA the widow Adama)
I should leave you in the brig for that, you hussy!
But, you know, good of the fleet, yadda yadda yadda, XO-2 on Starbuck.
Eta: Oh, and I don't move. Home sweet Communications.
