BSG (Wait, not me again!Starbuck?)

Hmm. Well, I'm sure there's some really excellent reason why I do not appear to be as flawless a pilot as the late, lamented, Apollo. And you all know, I am nothing if not compliant to the will of the people, so I agree to TANK . But don't brig me! I'm already short on cards, from, you know, when FORMER ME DIED! (It's totally gonna be me, isn't it?)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG (Tory Poppins)

Brigging you would have the following benefits: it would protect you from ending up in Sickbay when the Raiders activate and it would not affect our ability to pass skill checks at all since you don't have any cards anyway. But probably not a great idea to brig the pilot.

Dee is good to keep around for Comms. Cain seems like the best candidate, but I think brigging the Admiral would result in a passing of the torch. Which would be hilarious. Except for the fact that we don't want the Admiralty falling into the wrong hands. Unless they're already in the wrong hands.

Man, this game is just full of bad choices.

Isn't it, though? I kinda love it! The only thing better than a first turn execution and a second turn brigging is a second turn brigging of an Admiral resulting in power shift! Who is next in succession?

I am? That's weird. Not that I am angling for your job, Madam Admiral, sir. Not at all!

But probably not a great idea to brig the pilot.

As you point out, brigging the pilot who has no cards and is about to be fired upon by two raiders doesn't seem so bad.

OTOH, all of us but Tory are in position to engage the enemy, one way or another. If we brig her she stays President and gets her full draw, right? So it'd just be the card limitation on skill checks that would be the problem until she's freed.

Did Cally choose Option 1, then? If so, I vote TANK

Easier to get Starbuck out of sickbay than the brig, though. And she could at least keep one Raider at bay with her sacrifice.

If we brig her she stays President and gets her full draw, right? So it'd just be the card limitation on skill checks that would be the problem until she's freed.

And the inability to use the President's Office to both work the Quorum AND play Quorum cards to refill my hand, which seems wise in these card-starved times. As long as I draw the right Quorum cards. That being said, on my turn, I'll probably be XOing Cally to blow shit up, so if you think we're just going to spend the next few turns fighting, maybe I am a decent option.

It is a tough decision, Cally!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

Did Cally choose Option 1, then?

Not yet. Decisions need to be in bold. You can send me COs if you wish to vote to TANK, though.

Ooh, I forgot about the no crisis on a brigged player's turn effect. Can we turn that to our advantage somehow?

Our wings are not tired

BSG

Not that I have any way to prove it to you, but since I am human, I'm very much against moving the admiralty to another person who may well be our Cylon. Right now since Adama was human, and I'm not a Cylon, then I'm looking at three people that each could be a Cylon.

Hey, just because Lee was human doesn't mean Starbuck is!

That said, at this point I don't think the entertainment value of shifting the Admiralty for no reason is quite enough to do it. Brigging Cain is just not as funny as executing Lee.
