Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Wait, I'm not done breaking down the last game yet! So I played witnout a spreadsheet this time just to see how it worked. It was bad. I made some errors in calculation, and I probably missed stuff like pc holding onto ics. I was cranky at never drawing them myself, but I thought it was just laga getting a bunch!

I held onto the damn pp the whole game and never got to use it, although I alluded to it throughout. I was suspicious of Boomer before she revealed. Remember when I offered her a free get out of jail card when the crisis threatened it? I intended to act unilaterally and execute her instead. But she didn't get jailed, and it wasn't long after she revealed. So then I held onto it thinking I might need a get out of jail free card later. So Ellen lying low was a good call, 'cause I had an itchy trigger finger the rest of the game.

Anyway, yes, I'd like to explore NC further, but I also think there should be new (or old) blood, so bt make sure you advertise in the righthand sidebar. I can start right away. I have travel for the entire holiday season but in general that will give me more online time not less.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

That would indeed have got her out of the Brig, it's true.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hey, I didn't say out of the Brig to where, precisely.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I knew you had it! Which was annoying because I really wanted it in case you guys threw my in the brig. Or if I decided to just soft-reveal on New Caprica and start throwing people in Detention or executing them for fun.

You know, that also explains the times you played strangely low in some checks where Yellow was positive. You didn't want to play your PP.

Also, I managed to pull State of Emergency TWICE, which was fun. The second time I was happy to use it just to decrease food.

So Ellen lying low was a good call, 'cause I had an itchy trigger finger the rest of the game.

Whew!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I was hoarding that one and periodically the preventative policies, which I did end up playing. So yeah, I was in the weird position of holding positive cards back.

Our wings are not tired

I couldn't get a lock on who the second Cylon was and alas it did end up being our undoing.

I don't think I've played a game where there was such a richness of cards the entire time. It didn't feel like we were ever really starved, and there were quite a few times when I had a lot of very high value cards in hand.

I played one just because I had too many cards and needed to get my hand down enough not to have to discard good cards. And I used it against Morale rather than Population, as you did, because I sure didn't want to protect Population!

I couldn't get a lock on who the second Cylon was and alas it did end up being our undoing.

When you had a chance to check a Loyalty card, I thought I was hosed, and then you were like, "It's definitely NOT Ellen," and I laughed my ass off. Your rationale was that I'd had chances to screw you over and hadn't taken them. Oh, it was just because they weren't chances to screw you over ENOUGH.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I had a lot of fun even though I felt likie I was unprepared for the endgame. After hearing everyone's summaries I think I have a better idea of how the humans could win.

Did we entice any observers into wishing to be players?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm in for the next game. New Caprica is still pretty mysterious to me, so I think I am for including it so I can maybe see what it's all about. And I can play whenever.

On this note, new players are always welcome. Owning the game is an advantage, but it's not necessary.

Of course, players from previous games are welcome to join in again too.
