All civilian ships remaining on New Caprica are destroyed; all human players still planetside are executed. Gaeta, Tory and Adama are all human; their loss sees Morale fall by 3. I'm assuming you figured out fairly quick that Ellen's OPG gives her a Win The Game Button for the Cylons at New Caprica, hence the deep-cover thing.
