I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

That brings us to a total of 9. The check passes, for no effect. More exciting is that with the jump icon, Galactica returns! All Galactica and Pegasus locations are once again available, as are the Cylon locations. The final battle is about to begin! From now on, the Admiral may at any time spend an action to jump the fleet (along with all evacuated ships and personnel) and end the game.

Finally, Ellen ends her turn with one card too many. She discards a Broadcast Location 1. That concludes Ellen's turn. Gaeta has opted to draw 1Y/1G in his card draw. Mr Gaeta, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

BSG (Enemy at the Gaeta)

Hm. So there's basically nothing offensive we can do about the baddies in the skies from down here, huh?

I have an XO that could go to someone, but either it'd be Ellen for facepunching and then? Or someone could move and wreak havoc? Or I could move and...do stuff?

I'm glad Galactica's back, but I wish we were a little more prepared. Like, at all prepared. And there are RSVs up there, but the civvies are all down here.

Okay, I've talked myself into it. I move to the Shipyard and I play my XO1 on Ellen for more facepunching, etc. to deal with what may be the more immediate threat. I think that's the best use of the XO with potential multiple actions. Then if we can get someone up at one or other of the controls we can start dealing with the skies, while we're down here preparing for evacuation.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG (Muhammad Elli)

Let's certainly take care of the immediate threat! Unfortunately, I used that Consolidate Power on the last check, or I'd be able to use it now. As it is, if I'm successful, I won't be able to use the second action since I'm not President (sadly).

I remain in OA and punch the Centurion in the face. I pass on interrupts. If I miss, I punch again. If I do not miss, I, um, make sad eyes of inefficiency at Gaeta.

No, but you can move back to Galactica at the cost of one card. Or you could evacuate a ship from the Shipyard (there is one prepped) and that will allow you a free move to Galactica if you wish.

Ellen is facepunching another Centurion. Possible interrupt: SP. Everyone, please pass or play.

Are there any Cylon Attack cards in the New Caprica deck? I'm guessing not because they wouldn't work before the ship came back. Which means that if we just take out those two basestars, we'll be safe up there and only have to worry about down here again.

Tory, if you don't have anything Presidential to do, I can go up to CIC and start doing some damage.

There are no Cylon attack cards. The ships now on the board are it, more or less.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG (Tory)

An xo to the admiral could prep two ships, no?

That is correct. Gaeta is now in the Shipyard, so he could be XO'd for the same effect too. Meanwhile, I have orders from all crew members to pass on interrupts. Ellen winds up:

Die roll: 5. Hit! No more Centurion. Ellen passes on a second action. Well, that's not quite true. She's had such success with facepunching of late that she's thinking of turning pro. Gaeta's crisis is:

Prepare for a Fight

Mr Gaeta, when you're ready, please post your choice.

Prepare for a Fight

All right!

Looks like Option 2 is the clear winner of this fight, though. If Tory is thinking of XOing Adama, then I suppose it would make sense for me to go to the Medical Center, if Adama can XO me out before my turn.
